Frame
The prototype frame predates the production tooling entirely. Cast, welded, and internally structured differently from any GR75A that reached a showroom.
Prototype has five cast-in side holes in the rear engine-mount casting area.
Steering head is very differently shaped from regular production.
Production-style crossbeam in front of the airbox is absent.
Curved rear crossbeam is missing from the prototype frame.
Beam castings lack internal webbing except the crossbar above swingarm axle.
Production-style support plate below the steering head is absent.
Rear reinforcement plate at lower shock-linkage mount is absent.
Front centre casting below steering head has two large cast-in holes.
Caliper measurements: 7.40 mm vs 4.74 mm, 9.44 mm vs 3.87 mm, 5.40 mm vs 3.71 mm. Largest difference at the rear engine-mount area.
Rear engine mount brackets have a triangular opening only on the prototype.
Headlight frame bracket is different from regular production.
